MS-D1000 heavy-duty industrial shredder belongs to two shaft shredder, designed for size reduction of bulky and difficult-to-handle waste. Powered by twin 45 kW motors with reducers, MS-D1000 combines low-speed operation with high torque to process materials such as scrap metal, steel plates, aluminum pipes, plastics and wood.
During operation, two counter-rotating shafts grip, pull and tear your various materials through the blade box, reducing bulky waste into smaller, more manageable pieces, the pre-process stage helps save storage space and simplify transportation, sorting and further processing.
