Our relationship with Mr. Muhammad began back in 2018 when he first invested in our radiator stripping machine BS-1200P. By 2025, Mr. Muhammad's radiator volume had increased significantly, and old BS-1200P can not meet the needs for piles of scrap.   • Crusher 1 (Pre-shredder) : The robust dual-shaft shredder machine can directly tear big radiators into small fragments.
  • Crusher 2 (main crusher) : Further crushes the pre-shredded radiator into smaller pieces of 5-25cm for more precise separation.
  • Pres-separator (air separator) : Utilizing the principle of wind separation, it performs initial separation of the crushed mixed particles, quickly extracts most of the lighter aluminum particles.
  • Vibrating table: Combining the weight difference and vibration frequency difference between copper and aluminum, it can accurately separate copper particles from residual aluminum, achieving 100% purity.
  • Magnetic separator: Installed on the conveyor belt, it separates and collects all iron particles as mixed particles pass through the conveyor belt.
