The precision of the sorting is about 95%, and the highest can reach 99.9%. The electrostatic separator can separate waste materials with particles less than o.l nm under controlled conditions and even recover precious metals from dust. The air separator is mainly used for sorting materials with large differences in density such as copper and aluminum. In this way, the waste circuit board recycling, metal powder and non-metal powder are all recovered in a completely physical way without secondary pollution.
The best production process is: the waste printed circuit board is broken into coarse crusher ,as its first broken, then the ferromagnetic material is sorted by the magnetic separator, and the non-metal and copper are separated by the high-frequency pneumatic sorting machine. Other metals, and finally use electrostatic selection to achieve sorting accuracy.
